If tends to believe that maintaining a balance in the exercise or physical activity is only suffice devoid of a balance in the diet, then one is surely misled. Researchers have proved that if one is taking excess/unbalanced diet along with a plenty of physical exercise then that physical labour is going in vain. In fact in spite of total calories consumed and the physical activity done, an excessive proportion of fat in the diets leads to a higher accumulation of fat in the abdomen in the body. This accumulation of excessive fat in the abdomen is very harmful since it increases the risk of cardiovascular problems, arterial high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol level etc. The problem of this excessive abdominal fat is most commonly found and hazardous in the adolescents because they are rarely indulged in exercise but in few physical activities sometimes. The researches have also proven the hypothesis that the percentage of dietary fat is linked to an increase in abdominal adiposity and that this relation is also independent of the level of physical exercise that the adolescents do.
