Exercise is undoubtedly beneficial for everyone and if your young ones show even a little interest in it they should be encouraged well. A growing child’s body is flexible but rigorous exercises are never recommended for them at an early age. Rather light yet enjoyable activities like light aerobics, brisk walking, swimming, cycling, and even yoga are the best ways for them for increasing the mobility of the body. But what is more important is to keep the excitement alive in them, and that can be done at best when you yourself would exercise regularly in front of them, and when they would believe that their parents are health conscious. Once the child is affirmed that his/her parents are truly serious and concerned about their health it becomes very easy for him to get engrossed into the same thing. Also the parents can freely ask the kids what physical activity they want to pursue, some kids are fond of dancing, so that is too not a bad choice, it also helps in burning the fat. Children must be given the information about the disadvantages of becoming potato-couches and the advantages of adopting a right way of living.
