Although the whole education system produces about 10 million students who are eligible for job, every year, but there is lack of job opportunities leaving these educated people unemployed. Even after so many years of Independence, the Indian education system has not seen any change or even progress. It is now important that the education system should be made more attractive, make it skill-imparting and simultaneously create employment potential. It should focus and encourage entrepreneurship, subjects that has practicals should be introduced, vocational subjects should be introduced, IT education should be made compulsory as the IT sector is growing in India and providing employment opportunities.

Indian Education system basically lacks proper infrastructure and this is leading to all the problems in terms of quality education, reachability, cost etc. Indian education system need to be reformed and make it more job oriented. There is lack of job opportunity and this is leading to unemployment problem in the country. It should provide courses that provide employment to the students. Moreover the courses that provide employment opportunities are very costly and a student who comes from an economically backward family cannot afford those courses despite of having potential. Thus, the cost of education should be reduced and employment opportunities can be created by offering vocational and IT courses.

Definitely I agree that Indian education system must create employment opportunities and this is only possible by introducing courses that can create employment opportunities. Indian education system lacks in this aspect. Although many courses are introduced that offers self-employment opportunities, it still needs to introduce more of such courses that will help in reducing the number of unemployed in India.
