Driving Women's Participation in Corporate India

    Women are the next important active players after the men in the nation building process. However the roles of Indian women have always been preconceived and limited but India cannot not visualize accomplishing the nation building process until and unless women's roles are widened and diversified. Here in this regard I would like to draw the attention that corporate is one such sector of the country that has many wide scopes and also contributes to the social and economic aspects of India. Driving the participation of women in the corporate sector would be an advantageous move since it will raise the status and position of women in the society and would enable the corporate sector to utilize the potential and skills of women folks as well. Indian women are versatile and they possess creative ideas they just need to be trained and guided in a right direction.

    In every field Indian women have been showing the high standards of their potential, communication skills and strength. There are numerous women in India who have done tremendously well in the corporate sector and have emerged as the powerful personalities in front of the country and the world. Women should be encouraged for learning Professional skills and training. The corporate sector is vast providing many opportunities, women can do extremely well in this sector and have been doing great work in the corporate banking, travel & tourism, entrepreneurship, health & medicine and even small scale business. Indian women are the biggest example of utmost strength, leadership and determination. Motivation and support are two things that the women demand from the society, its people and the government.
