Diversity is the very essence of India. The diversity is basically on the culture and yet there are unity and harmony. The government of India is trying very hard to have development and improvement in the country. There are different plans and scheme planned by the government to help the countrymen to stay more finely and with all different comforts and developments.

 

India is a land of cultural diversity, this is the beauty of this country, but then many a times this causes a hindrance in the growth prospects of the nation. Political parties understand this pretty well, and often play politics, seeking ground on religion, caste, community and reservation. The diversified policies are not the only solution, rather there are enough policies already, and the main problem here is its implementation. The policies that are designed, often revolves around a single factor, where the remaining people and issues are completely evaded. So the policies along with strategically design, should also have proper implementation, so that there is more support and less revolt.
