India is witnessing a recent rise in the graph of growth. But is our country growing socially, intellectually and scientifically too? The very term 'development' is a very subjective one and what it reasons to be relies on how each citizen of India perceives development as. However the struggle between right and wrong has been genuine but there has been endless number of debates on the same topic which raises a very important question towards us all – are we ready to accept development at the behest of the citizens of the country? Precisely, are we doing enough for the poor people who are being displaced for developmental projects; or is it not morally striking at all that we are, intentionally or unintentionally, snatching away the rights of these people? But then for a country to develop, we also need developmental projects. So where exactly do you think, my friends, that the balance must strike and how?
