I think no-one believes that Delhi Police is capable of doing any good thing for citizens of Delhi. I remember one instance when my friend's cell phone has been snatched on the road and when he went to making complaint. They make a entry "phone has been lost". Delhi police didn't care about citizens. Few of them are good but more are corrupt and not willing to do anything.
as for what i have heard, delhi police seems to be quite incapable of curbing crime even when intimidated on time. the officials are very much lazy to show on time. then of what use would it be even if these numbers are known to public...??
