India has become extremely unsafe for girls, especially Delhi, NCR and the state of Haryana. The number of rape cases are increasing in India and the Government should be blamed for it. It is the result of lack of proper implementation of law. Government should take steps in reforming the judiciary system by making it more efficient. Moreover, fast-track laws should be made to provide justice in rape cases. In my opinion, the rapists should be given death sentence and this will help in reducing the increasing number of rapes. The rape should be made a serious crime and the convicts should not be spared at any cost and should be hanged publicly. It is now the need of the hour to reform our laws and make stern laws for rapes.
Not only Delhi, NCR or Haryana, but the number of rapes are increasing in the whole nation and the society needs to be blamed for these kind of crime against women. However, I agree with you that death penalty should be given to the rapist and by doing this, perhaps the fear will increase among the ones who tries to prove their masculinity by rapping the women and young girls. The laws of India also needs reformation and should be made more stern if the increasing crime needs to be reduced.
Death sentence should be the only punishment for rapists and perhaps by doing this will reduce the increasing rape cases in India. India is now one of the most unsafe place for women in the World and the number of rapes are escalating day by day, which is a matter of shame for Indians. The reason behind this is lack of proper laws and proper punishment and if death sentence is made the only punishment for such crimes, it will reduce to a remarkable extent.
The increasing number of rapes in our society is creating havoc and this is because of the rape laws of our nation. The punishment that is provided for rapes is very minimal seeing the graveness of the crime. However, i think that there can be no better penalty for rapists than death sentence. They should be hanged and given no mercy as by doing this, other people will be scared to commit such crimes and will make the nation safe for women.
