Government is planning to create a database of rapists and make it available to public. It would put the database on National Crimes Record Bureau (NCRB) so that even public can access it. Now i feel there are both pros and cons to this move. Talking about the pros, rapists would get to face severe punishment and it would be easy to identify them. On the contrary, public viewing of the database could incite rage and instigate lynching of the person. What do you say?
