The Supreme Court has asked that the proceedings against Sikkim High Court chief justice P D Dinakaran be stayed for now, replying to Justice Dinakarans petition against a member of the committee. Dinakaran was brought under the scanner after a Rajya sabha member raised attention towards his massed assets. Another blow to judicial action against the Judiciary. Do you think the Judiciary is above the law ?

judiciary system of india is something upon which we trust high and believe blindly because it is of the supreme cadre to give judgment on issues. in such a system if we find that chief justices are corrupt then how can we believe in indian judiciary system? why should a man who loses his family member not take revenge instead of asking courts to do justice for him? we do not expect such high bodies to be murky and compromised for money.

Judiciary system is the most important part of any nation that gives punishment to the wrong doers and protects the innocent and their rights. If the corruption starts prevailing in the judiciary system then this is the worst thing that could happen to any country. still after all these things judiciary is not left behind in corruption.

Indian judiciary is the one which is trusted the most for it is entrusted with the job to provide justice without any bias or influence. If such high authority in command is susceptible to get influenced, we will have no authority left over which can be trusted. It is much very essential that Judiciary of any nation be very much strict and above reproach.

Not a single place left in the country that is free of corruption. Even the blind lady who is known to do justice to the people also falls in to the category of corruption. So many cases are hanged since long where people have not got the justice and they all are held up. Many of them died after waited for so long for the justice. But nothing is done! this is what? nothing else but corruption in judiciary!

The Judiciary system of any nation is the ones that interpretes the laws made by the legislature. Since it interprets the law, it is given due respect in matters of law. However in many cases, the Indian Judiciary system seemed to have failed to give justice to people. Many under trialed prisoners die without getting justice, people have to pay off their hard eraned money in due course of the judicial proceedings that goes on. It is nothing but corupption in judicairy that prevents justice to be done in the society.

Judiciary is considered as the third pillar of Indian democracy. The Indian Judicial system lags behind in the matters of providing justice as well as in interpretation of laws made by the legislature. Corruption has not even spared the Indian Judicial system. Today, decrees are taken in favor by bribing the Judges. This is a threat to natural justice and has prevented the society from getting justice. Reformation in the Indian Judicial system can perhaps change the present scenario.

Corruption is even prevalent in the judicial system of India, which is regarded as the instrument of justice. It has been witnessed that politicians bribe the judges and in return the judgment is made in favor of the powerful. This is creating injustice in the society and people are slowly losing faith in the judicial system. Corruption in the judicial system is preventing people to get speedy trials and have to fight a case life long losing all the earnings in due course of time.
