Corruption and law system have a very close relationship. There are laws which safeguard the people, prevent people from various problems and there are also such laws that give protection to the illegal action and from here corruption will take place in the legal system of the country. There are several people who take the help of the laws and will try to overcome these problems in illegal way.

Corruption is the new way of life

As it is said…”beimani to kut kut ke bhari hui hai”. Yes, India has become a state where nothing works out unless you are corrupted enough. The law makers have in their hands to exploit the people who are ill fated enough. If you want to establish yourself in a position you got to be corrupted. If you try the right way you may have to try too hard which may result in your giving up someday or totally accepting you fate. We got to change this.

Corruption and law goes hand in hand. Agreed, that there are some loop holes in every judicial system and the laws. Then only the illegal people only get the benefits of it and above all how. Because the one who knows the laws well can only understand the gaps of it and possible can then mend it accordingly. This means the law makers are the law breakers. Therefore, behind every corruption, there is a lawful deal. Then how can we save our country?

the present government seems to be corrupted to the core with loads of scams going on. many of the politicians are deeply corrupt and the law system is in their hands so that they can evade the law. there should be some neutral and loyal body constituted to uproot these corrupt people from their places and place them behind bars, and this is very essential for a better india in future.

Indian Law or rather Indian legal system lacks interpretation and proper implementation and corruption is taking the advantage of it and is spreading like cancer. However, according to me our legal system is not corrupt and there are many instances of justice done to people by our legal system. Only a little reformation of the system can make it proper and more effective.
