Indian woman has contributed a lot the indian economy in many ways. Although most of the women of India works and contributes to the Economy but the work of all women has not been documented in official statistics. Nowadays, Indian women have not only made their name at work places but also to party to governance. I guess the credit should equally be given to the indian woman for contributing a lot in the economy of the country and she should be given a well recognition.
I completely agree with you that indian woman has contributed a lot in the indian economy in one way or the other but she has not got the recognition yet. There have been many women enterprenuer who have worked day and night to make the business reaches on the top and their contribution is not valued by the government as they still consider men as the earning member of the family and hence they are given all the credit.
Indian women has largely joined the working class and contribute significantly to the indian economy. In the present day scenario, women have become an equal competitor and participant of workforce. Indian women have emerged in a great way, lending help to their families, and also making a substantial contribution to the indian economy.
