I would like to have response from the Proud Indians what do they think for
nationalizing all the rivers and dams ie connecting them in order to maintain the
water problems both scarcity and flood related etc.

Is connecting all rivers of India a long term solution for drought as well as flood?

What are you talking about dude?...... Doing this is almost impossible and not logical at all... Every river has its own geographical path to follow, and one should not hamper the nature to such an extent. This according to me is no solution to deal with the prevailing water crisis....................

    Inter linking water basins

More than often it has been discussed about interlinking the major rivers of India, as a solution to the ever increasing water problem. As human settlement doesn't always take place near the source of the river. In order to bridge this gap research is going on to interlink the wate basins. In this water from the water surplus region is transferred to the water deficiet region.

India is a rich land as far as rivers are concerned and yet it does not have enough water supplies. Either the there is scarcity of water or flood and for both the conditions there is no proper solution. Now government is taking steps to solve this issue by connecting all rivers. This really sounds little difficult and does not look much fruitful. However, we are still not sure about the actual facts. Well so it is difficult to understand, whether this process is going to solve the issue or give rise to more of the issues.
