A Community plays an important role in people's life after all it is this community that brings the people together under which they live and accommodate with each other. A community helps the person and groups of people to grow and rise in a healthy atmosphere, here the people collaborate and cooperate with each other and pay attention to each other's needs. There is a constant transaction of services and facilities among each other. A community always needs management, it might be any large group of people for instance the residential area or community in which you are living. Jointly people try manage their community and here the youth can play a big role in community management. Youth are young are dynamic their ideas and methods of managing the things are also advanced and new. There are many local issues within a community that need to be resolved, then there are activities within the community that bring the people together (recreation and noble activities) besides this there is Community Welfare Association of each of the community that takes care of various issues related to community's welfare aspect. In all such activities the Youth can play an active role by sharing and introducing their ideas. With the help of the experienced members of the association the young people can work very well. Young people of the community are open minded and they are comparatively more sociable. Their reach is high hence other people of the community would surely like their participation and their efforts would be accepted and admired.
