1. Grate carrot, 2. Knead the wheat flour with carrot,salt and water. 3. Make small balls and roll into rotis 4. Cook on tawa. Smear Ghee on one side, or fry if you wish. Serve with pickle and Raitha. Variations : Try the above recipe with finely cut cabbage, spinach etc
I never had carrot paratha but I am damn sure I will love it! I am a complete foodie and would love to try the reciepe.. This sounds delicious and yummy!
