PowerShot SX160 IS is a 16 MP camera launched by Cannon and comes under the price bracket of Rs. 10000/-. The camera comes it a large body that allows a good grip and a control panel with large, well-spaced buttons. It is a modified and upgraded version of SX150 and the features are almost same. The camera offers control over control over as ISO, white balance, metering mode and flash intensity. The SX160 IS can shoot videos at 720p using optical zoom and recording is also allowed. With the mode dial set to Movie, which allows to set the video resolution (1280 x 720 or 640 x 480) and add colour effects such as sepia, black and white, and lighter/darker skin tone. The camera comes at a price tag of Rs. 12995/-. There are some minor issues with performance but seeing the price, it is quite a great deal.
