stress can come due to over work and taking tensions.. Stop worrying about anything and engage yourself in good activites of your choice.. plan an outing with friends if time permits.. do what you wnat to do..
i have got the same problem, it even caused a bad insomnia a few months back. the worst part of it is that i know the problems, but i cant do anything about them, perhaps i have to keep on like that. by the way, meditation is a powerful tool to tackle this problem.

Indeed, but it takes awhile to learn how to concentrate. any suggestions/tips to be a good metitator? couple of months back i bought a machine which was called meditation machine, it was nothing but peice of rubbish, i sent it back to them.
There is not any such machine called meditation machine.. if you have bought it them it would have been completely fake.. Meditation needs concentration and it can be done through you only.. no machine would help in concentrating ...
Yes, they exist and so many type of them. i used it as well for about 4 weeks, but send it back because i didnt think it was worth it for that money.
