Can you aplly for passport if a case is pending in the Court?

    if any criminal case is pending in the Court, you can still apply for passport, simply by providing a written application that a criminal case against you is pending in the Court. Having a pending case against you, no matter on whatever ground it is, there is no restriction on issuance of passport. The Court can only restrict a person against whom a criminal case is pending in the Court to go abroad or leave the country for any reason.
