Many of the students pursuing their under graduation from a good college have an option of going with campus placement (this however depends on the course). And those who have this option rarely consider to go for higher studies. Do you think going for higher studies and gaining more knowledge should be opted? Or is it just getting placed that matters?
Today many Companies conduct campus interviews in reputed colleges to hire the best and deserving candidates for their company. It is undoubtedly a very good opportunity for candidates who look for job after completing their graduation. However, in my view it is better to opt for higher studies if they get a chance instead of getting into a job. The reason behind this is after getting into a job, even if they want to continue higher studies it becomes very difficult so I feel it is better to complete studies and then get into a job.
