To buy an office space in Dubai , Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world) is cheaper than to buy an office space at a prime location in Delhi. A few days ago this news was doing the round in media. To afford an office space or homes has become almost impossible for middle class people. A person has to be very rich or has to spend all the savings that he created throughout his life. Is it justified? Should the people live only to own a house? A person may have other aspirations in life too where he needs money. But at the present situation, if you want to own a house, you can’t think of anything else. You just have to spend all of your earnings to buy a house. House is a basic necessity of life. People need a shelter to survive. But if the prices of the house continue to rise like this, people will have no choice. The prices of homes in India have become almost equal to that of United states of America. Whereas the purchasing power of money in India is much higher than that of America. What does it indicate? Indian Government must have to intervene. The real estate builders should be regulated. The land owners , Property Dealers and Real estate agents should also be controlled. They should not be allowed by Government to increase the prices of land that they owe them. Otherwise it leads to an unaffordable Price of property. Is there any other solution?
