BSNL is a Government undertaking and one of the Largest Telecom service provider in India. BSNL offers both mobile as well as fixed line telephone service all over India. It offers its services even in rural areas and is one of the preferred mobile service as it is extremely affordable with low call rates. However, there is network coverage problem with BSNL mobile, especially during thunder storms and heavy rain. I have personally experienced this problem. Even the customer care service is not up to the mark and they work in a very relaxed manner. I would like to know about your experience with BSNL mobile service.
