BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.) is a Government undertaking that offers telecom and broadband services in many states in India. They are the first one to launch 3G service in many states of India and has been doing quite well especially in the state of Assam. I have personally used BSNL 3G service and got quite good result. The service is quite affordable and provides high-speed internet access as well as great video calling experience. I was completely satisfied using their 3G service.
