BlackBerry Smartphones have already captured the Indian market for its affordability. The new Curve 9220 has been launched by BlackBerry and is thinner that the earlir versions and comes with the new BlackBerry OS 7.1. It is the first BlackBerry phone that has FM Radio. It is a low-end Smartphone with 2.44-inch display with a resolution of 320 x 240. It is similar to its earlier version 8520 with some minor mofications. The phone comes in 5 vibrant colours red, violet, blue, white and black. It comes with 512 MB RAM as well as Premium version of Documents To Go. For connectivity, the phone features Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and Wi-Fi support extends to b/g and n. It does not comes with GPS. It comes with a 2 MP camera like the earlier versions. The phone works fine as it is a low-end smartphone with a price tag of Rs. 10,990/-.
