Well, for browsing purpose i think BSNL would satisfy the needs of the users but the download speeds are really low. So if anyone is looking out for high download speeds, they should go for Airtel or Sify. You would get those speeds in BSNL also but when you are shelling out so much money, better go for Airtel because it would provide you quality service which is lacking in BSNL.
