Mohammad Azaharuddin, the former Captain of Indian cricket team was banned from cricket for life as he was found to indulge in match-fixing some years back. However, the Andhra Pradesh High Court lifted the ban of the former cricketer on 8th November 2012 saying that it was illegal. The BCCI was alleged of being partial with the cricketer and was a way to prevent him for playing. In my view, this is a great decision of the Court and this decision has exposed the working of BCCI and the dirty politics that prevails there. I think BCCI should apologize for spoiling the career of a good player. Not only that BCCI should apologize to the whole nation and accept their mistake.

I think there has to be accountability. Either of the things have to happen. Either BCCI should be held accountable and there should be compensation or the judgement held earlier should continue. There is a mistake for certain which is apparent and hence the guilty should be punished! What do you say?
