After exploring Karnataka, steel giant ArcelorMittal has decided to expand its wongs and set up a steel plant in mineral-rich Chhattisgarh. If sources are to be believed, tha inal decision has already being taken by the top management. The main hurdle in front of the steel giant is acquisition of land. On his part, Chief Minister Raman Singh said, "Yes, they have. We will welcome and act as a facilitator for every investor (company) in the state".
