Airtel DTH service is well know for the picture quality and sound quality it provides. Airtel has also launched the HD service recently where users can experience high definition picture quality. The deals are also decent and are on par with other DTH service providers. But some users do complain about the customer service they provide which isn't satisfactory. Do share your opinions!
Well, one of my friends uses Airtel DTH and the user review isn't that great. Although airtel offers great picture quality and sound quality, the customer service (as mentioned) is really bad. They do not attend people to resolve their problems with the DTH. This problem may not be in all the locations, and if one is getting good customer service, airtel DTH is worth going for.
It is true that Airtel DTH do not have a very satisfactory customer service. Although they provide great picture and sound quality, their biggest drawback is that they are not capable of catering to the needs of their customers and many people are disappointed with their service and have opted out after using it.
Airtel DTH offers the best DTH service and comes with great packages. It provides all the channels with amazing sound and picture quality. The customer service is decent as I have personally used Airtel DTH service. I am satisfied with Airtel DTH service as it offers seamless and uninterrupted service and offers an amazing experience of watching TV.
