The broadband service is thriving in India with several companies offering their services, increasing the accessibility of internet. Airtel also offers broadband services, which is considered as one of the best broadband service provider. Although, it is little costly, but the services offered by it is matchless. Whereas, Tata Indicom also service provides of internet connection, but their services are not upto the mark in every area. Airtel broadband offers high-speed internet service whereas the internet service of Tata Indicom is slow and there is a problem of connectivity, although it is available at a cheaper rate than Airtel broadband. Moreover the customer care service of Tata Indicom is not very satisfactory whereas it is one of the best service of Airtel as they cater to the needs of their clients instantly.
