This scheme appears to be strong enough to cover few existing loopholes in the money distribution system in various government schemes. As per this scheme, agents would be deployed who would visit the reimbursement-entitled people and take their biometrics. Within few seconds, the money would directly get transferred to the entitled person's account. The agents would be paid commission by the government and so we do not expect any slack in their working pattern. What do you think?
