Parents play a very important role in the life of a child. The child is supposed to be the replica of the parents’ personalities but it is also to be noted that a child possesses certain distinctive dreams and aspirations which he/she wants to fulfill someday in life. Every child dreams about his bright and prosperous career and here the parents play a vital role. First of all the parents should understand and give respect to the aspirations and ideas of the child which he has thought and decided about making his career. Giving respect to the child is foremost important and it is generally essential for every human being. Secondly, parents should ask and discuss about the ways and paths through which the child has planned to achieve his goal. Thirdly, they should also compassionately express their own views because they are already experienced and should share their experience with their child. Fourthly, they should motivate the child to do hard work and should prepare their children to face any hurdle in the way of success. Parents should be considerate and compassionate towards their children when they are planning to make their career. Most importantly parents should never impose their own wishes upon their children and should not have a different opinion for certain careers. Today there are numerous of opportunities in each field what matters is how much dedicated and determinedly one pursues his/her dreams. Thus parents should give full freedom and liberty to choose the field of career at his own and should always be ready to help and support the child in every way at every step of his/her life .
