Limit your time that you overly devote to the social networking sites. Eat healthy food that comprised of all the essential nutrients. 3. Talk to someone to open up your heart. among the crowd of friends or loved ones, find one person with whom you can share all your feelings and frankly open up your heart. this will help you to get over the burden of holding things in your heart. 4. Try to sleep at time, however it seems very difficult to sleep in the stressful situations but waking for long hours will make you more tensed and ill. thus one should try to listen to good soothing music or to do some activity that relaxes you and makes you sleepy. 5. Stop comparing yourself with others. always remember that you are unique and no one else can play your role hence your thinking and actions are alone yours. feel yourself to be special in your own way. by not comparing you will be able to analyze your own specialties and talents. 6. Try to write down your feelings on a piece of paper. this is immensely a good tip to follow it might be your anger, stress, or any complicated emotion,just write that down. this will surely make you feel lighter and vaccant. 7. Try to socialize with people. meet people and talk to them. this will make you realize about their problems and issues. you will realize that you are at least in a better state, there is so much of chaos and issues in other's life while others also happy in small reasons of joy. 8. Set your goal and work for it. there has to be a goal in your life that will help you to focus up your attention and mind in a single direction. it will also help you to avoid wasteful thoughts and keep you inspired in the way of hard work. 9.
