    Habits which can damage the Kidneys

    Kidneys are one of the most essential and important organs of the human body but some of our bad habits might cause deep damages to these organs. Following are the things can severely damage the kidney organs.

    •Lack of water is the foremost thing that would surely lead to kidney damage, water helps in detoxifying the body and not drinking enough water may affect the body system severely.

    •Restraining urination is not a good habit if one usually does that then it might lead to formation of kidney stones.

    •Intake of excessive salt is not at all recommended as salt increases the blood pressure and that further exerts pressure on the kidneys.

    •Intake of excessive sugar and sugary foods also leads to the increase in protein level in the body that also further puts pressure on the kidneys.

    •Intake of painkillers is a direct way to damage the kidneys and liver also the consumption of excessive caffeine and alcohol is highly toxic for the kidneys and the liver too.

    •Lack of Vitamins and Minerals also leads to the damage, vitamins like B6 and Magnesium are vital for proper kidney functioning.

    •Not taking a proper sleep makes a person deprived of rest and can lead to serious health problems including kidney problem too, while sleeping our body repairs many damage tissues thus sleeping is itself a rejuvenating activity.

    •Intake of excessive red meat increases the metabolic pressure on the body particularly the kidneys. Prolonged consumption of red meat can lead to a dysfunction of kidneys.
