Zadie Smith is the most coveted writer and his earlier books were quite famous although they were quite intricate but managed to lure the readers. NW is written about North West London and the story is circled around the residents of North West London. The book deals with loves, sorrows, hypocrisies, ambitions, facades, prejudices and fears of the people residing there. The book has four essential characters on different treads of the high-minded and social ranking. Each character has a world of their own and that makes this book unique and interesting. This is book is one of Smith’s shortest book and still has several different levels in it. It is charming and interesting like his earlier novels. This is a new book by the author after a 7 years long gap and is written in a way that is satirical, inflexible and entertaining. Overall the book is an interesting read.
